Social Security number, Driver's license number, Financial account numbers, Account passwords, Biometric data

  • Written notice
  • Must include breach description

Exemptions

  • Encrypted data
  • Good faith acquisition

Penalties

Consumer Protection Act violations, up to $10,000 per violation
